About how we supply
Does SoluGov sell to every level of government?
Yes. Direct and indirect public administration at the federal, state and municipal levels, as well as courts, public prosecution offices, universities and state-owned companies.
Do you take part in bids or only sell through direct award?
We take part in electronic reverse auctions and also supply through direct award, sole-source procurement and price registration records, according to the requirements of each process.
Is the license issued in the name of the agency?
The licensing and the invoice are issued to the purchasing agency, subject to each vendor's registration and licensing rules.
Do you provide quotes for price research, even without a guaranteed purchase?
Yes. We send a formal quote and, when requested, SoluGov's documentation required to support the process.
I'm a foreign vendor with no Brazilian entity. Can I sell to the government?
Yes. SoluGov can act as the local supplier, allowing the agency to contract a qualified Brazilian company. The commercial and invoicing model is defined with each vendor.
Do you also develop systems?
Yes. Beyond distributing software, we have our own development team and provide technology services to government agencies: custom systems, integrations, maintenance, data, cloud and applied AI.
How long does it take to receive a proposal?
It depends on the vendor, the product and the quantity. When we receive your request, our team informs the expected date for the proposal.
